Returns

Return and refund rules for Sanei plush ordered through our retail partners, and what to check before you send anything back.

Returns go to the seller

Because the sale happens on the partner site, the return window, the return address and the refund are all theirs. Their policy is the one that counts, and it is on the listing page under the price. We cannot start, track or refund a return.

Check before you open

Two things settle most returns before they start. First, height: measure against a ruler rather than a memory of the photo, since a size S figure is roughly the height of a coffee mug. Second, the tag: imported stock often carries Japanese packaging even when the plush is identical to a US release, and that alone is not a fault.

What counts as a fault

  • Seams that have opened or stitching that is missing entirely
  • A figure that will not stand upright when the listing shows it seated or standing
  • Strong chemical smell that does not fade after a few days of airing
  • Colour that is visibly wrong against the official character art

Keep the packaging

Most sellers want the original bag back with the figure. If you are unsure whether you are keeping it, open the mailer carefully and leave the retail bag intact until you have decided.

Wrong item

Character plush gets mixed up more often than you would think, since several figures share a body shape and differ only in colour or a stitched detail. Photograph what arrived next to the listing image before contacting the seller. It shortens the exchange considerably.
