How orders ship when you order Sanei plush through our retail partners, and why import stock sometimes takes longer.
This site is a catalog. When you use a button on a product page you land on a retail partner listing, and everything after that point, payment, packing, tracking and delivery, belongs to that seller. We hold no stock and never take a payment.
Delivery estimates are shown at checkout on the partner site, not here. They vary with the seller, your address and whether the figure is already in a US warehouse or still coming from Japan. A listing marked as arriving on a future date is normally an import batch that has been paid for but has not landed yet.
Much of the All Star Collection reaches the US in batches. A figure can sit at a two day estimate one week and a three week estimate the next, with nothing changing except which warehouse holds it. If a date matters to you, read the estimate on the listing page before paying rather than the availability line on this site.
Most figures ship in their original sealed retail bag inside a mailer. Plush compresses, so a box arriving smaller than you expected is normal. What is not normal is a torn inner bag or a missing tag, and that is a conversation with the seller.
We have no access to order numbers, tracking or delivery windows. For anything about a package that already exists, the seller you paid is the only useful contact. For questions about the figures themselves, write to [email protected].
